RES has offices throughout the State of Washington, and our Vocational Counselors have the ability to work remotely in their home using office equipment supplied by RES. How and where you choose to work is entirely your choice.

Need to meet with a client? You decide whether to meet in the client's home, workplace, school, or in one of our office locations.

RES supplies its vocational rehabilitation counselors with laptops, iPhones, and mobile apps, allowing you to stay connected and on top of your cases no matter where you are.

With RES, you will experience great freedom in the work environment. We do our best as a team to be available for any questions, concerns, or assistance we may need from each other. Weekly conference calls keep everyone on the team connected and informed. Weekly training calls and online support are available for technical assistance regarding the industry-related software and programs we use.

Per state law, all applicants and Vocational Counselors must physically reside within Washington State.
